Like so many of my friends, we're currently without a permanent home, living at my in-laws’ house (not exactly where I imagined I’d be in my mid-30s!). While we work towards a more long-term solution, this certainly won’t be our last stop on this nomadic journey. In the meantime, I’ve focused on making this space feel like ‘home’—adding personal touches, incorporating items my kids love, and creating a space that brings a sense of normalcy and beauty for all of us during this transition.
